How do I get started with Reedio?
Download Reedio from the Mac App Store, then open any PDF to start reading and annotating. Visit our Help Center for detailed tutorials.
What's included in the free version?
The free version includes PDF viewing, basic annotations (highlight, underline, notes), form filling, and page organization (merge, rotate, delete).
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Open Reedio and go to Reedio > Subscribe to Premium in the menu bar. You'll get a 7-day free trial before being charged.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your Mac.
How do I export a PDF to Word?
With a Premium subscription, go to File > Export To > Word. Choose Rich Text mode for editable documents or Layout mode to preserve exact formatting.
Is my data private?
Yes. All PDF processing happens on your device. We never upload, store, or analyze your documents on our servers.
How do I use OCR to make a scanned PDF searchable?
With Premium, go to Tools > Recognize Text (OCR). The app will process the document and make all text searchable and selectable.
Where are my annotations saved?
Annotations are saved directly in the PDF file. Use File > Save or Cmd+S to save your changes.
