Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Reedio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

License

Connected Spaces LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
  • Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose

Subscriptions and Payments

Reedio offers a free tier and premium subscriptions. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial of Premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription according to the plan you selected.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents and content you create or edit using Reedio. We do not claim any ownership over your files.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to view, edit, and distribute any content you use with the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

We are not responsible for any data loss, document corruption, or other damages resulting from use of the App. Always maintain backups of important documents.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTED SPACES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility and notify users of significant changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
